All-you-can-eat restaurants are commonplace in Japan, but quite rare in Lisbon.
Yet whilst walking, I stumbled upon one: a buffet restaurant.
At Rosa da Rua, you can enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet. It offers a variety of Portuguese dishes, allowing you to sample a little of everything.
If you’re visiting, this place comes highly recommended.
Prices differ for lunch and dinner.
Almoço (Lunch) €14.60, Jantar (Dinner) €19.40
Lunch is the more affordable option.

It was opening time at 12:30, so I arrived just then. There were about four groups there, but it doesn’t seem likely to fill up on a weekday.
Dinner is extremely popular. Whenever I pass by, it’s always full. It might be best to book.

This time I had it for lunch, and as you can eat as much as you like, it leaves you feeling thoroughly full.

Rosa da Rua offers all-you-can-eat Portuguese cuisine!? It’s right here. The São Pedro de Alcântara Viewpoint is also just nearby. After lunch or dinner, relax at the viewpoint and admire Portugal’s stunning scenery.
